Maintenance

From the furnace refractory structure audit, electrical and mechanical audits, DISMATEC can recommend a general and continuous maintenance programme to be followed.

Sections of the maintenance programme may be carried out by the customer’s engineers and other sections by DISMATEC.

We supply advice on proposed programmed pro-active maintenance work and experienced personnel to manage, supervise and carry out all types of maintenance, including;

• Maintaining the furnace refractory structure and associated areas
• Addressing steelwork problems
• Electrical systems maintenance
• Mechanical systems maintenance

We recognise that all maintenance cannot be pro-active and on occasions emergency maintenance work is necessary.

DISMATEC are able to immediately respond to an emergency problem situation in the fields of structural, mechanical and electrical and can have a representative (s) at a given site, as soon as practically possible, based on the customer’s instructions.
